Founded by Kim Williams, an accomplished nonprofit executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience, our firm is built on real-world results, not theory. As CEO of Interfaith Family Services since 2011, Kim has successfully led organizations through significant growth, financial challenges, leadership transitions, and organizational transformation while raising more than $50 million, completing an $11.5 million capital campaign, and building one of the region's most successful family stabilization programs.
