Kim Williams Consulting helps nonprofit organizations navigate leadership transitions and critical moments of change with clarity, strategy, and real-world leadership experience. As an experienced nonprofit CEO, Kim Williams uniquely understands the challenges her clients face. She has spent more than 30 years in the sector leading organizations through financial challenges, cultural shifts, and growth while raising more than $50 million to support families overcoming poverty and homelessness. As a retired police detective, Rawleigh Williams conducted hundreds of background investigations and successfully placed more than 300 candidates into one of society’s most scrutinized, high-pressure public positions.

Our new executive search process includes agency analysis, customized executive profile development, targeted and investigative-level recruiting, presentation of fully vetted finalists, and 12 months of transition support to ensure stability after placement. We begin with readiness, not resumes. There is no cost for recruitment until a finalist is identified.
