  2. Strategic Planning.  We use the information from the agency analysis and competitor's analysis to help you and your Board of Directors to design a visionary plan to capitalize on your strengths, address your weaknesses, and maximize your impact. 

  3. Support During Implementation.  Unlike most firms, we do not leave you with your new plan and simply wish you luck. We create an implementation plan, establish bench-markets, and provide three months of executive coaching to help you successfully launch your plan.
